Standard Orders: Please allow 3 business days for processing for the average 22” cap size this is medium the most common size . Smaller or larger cap sizes require up to 7 business days. 

● Orders With Bleaching or Plucking: Please allow 5 business days for processing for the average 22” cap size. Smaller or larger cap sizes require up to 9 business days. ● Shipping: Once your order has been processed, shipping will take the amount of time associated with the shipping option you select at checkout. 

Order Changes & Cancellations: Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Color Disclaimer 

We strive to accurately represent the colors of our wigs. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the individual hand-customization process. Since each unit is customized by hand, minor variations in color and finish are to be expected. 

Texture Disclaimer 

Units shown with a body wave finish is temporarily styled with barrel curls. This style is not permanent but can be recreated with curlers or heatless curling rods. 

Length Disclaimer 

Styling does affect the visible length of your wig. A curled unit can appear up to 4 inches shorter than its actual straight length. For example, if you desire a 20 inch curled look, we recommend selecting 22 or 24 inches. 

Customization Disclaimer 

Each Airewighouse unit is individually customized by hand, including coloring, cutting, and styling. Because every unit is handcrafted, slight variations in the final appearance, cut, and styling may occur. These unique details are part of the individual customization process.
